Evaluation and Optimization of Low-crabon Spatial Structure of Urban Agglomeration in Beibu Gulf of Guangxi/ Qin Menglin, Li Xiaoyuan,Yuan Qianwen, Ding Di [Abstract] Urban agglomerations are the main form of China's future urbanization development, as well as the intensive areas and core areas of carbon emissions. Building a low-carbon spatial structure of urban agglomeration and realizing low-carbon development of urban agglomerations is one of the important ways for China to cope with global climate change. RI-AER-FTIE low-carbon planning model of urban agglomeration was constructed based on the internal correlation mechanism of urban agglomeration spatial structure in the process of low carbon development. In this paper, the urban agglomeration in Beibu gulf of Guangxi is taken as the empirical research object, and the spatial optimal development direction of urban agglomeration under the low-carbon orientation is discussed by using RI-AER-FTIE low-carbon planning model. 目前国内众多学者分别从低碳城市、低碳经济、低碳技术、低碳交通、低碳消费、低碳能源与低碳制度等多个方面对城市群低碳发展模式进行探讨,研究对象集中在京津冀城市群、长三角城市群和长株潭城市群等区域[1-6] ,但从空间层面来深入探索城市群低碳发展模式的研究还处在概念性阶段。空间结构是经济结构、社会结构、文化结构与区域自然结构之间相互交织在空间地域上的投影[7] ,对碳排放具有锁定效应 [8] 。因此,空间规划是实现城市群低碳的核心途径,是城市群低碳发展重要的基础研究领域。城市群空间规划研究的关键内容之一是规划模型的构建,即通过怎样的规划模型使规划更具系统性、严谨性和科学性。Pressure(压力)-State(状态) -Response(响应)模型(以下简称“PSR”模型)最初由Tony Friend和David Rapport提出,用于分析环境压力、现状与响应之间的关系[9-11] 。本研究以核心问题为导向,在借鉴PSR模型的基础上,构建出RI-AER-FTIE低碳规划模型,基于模型的系统性分析发现城市群低碳问题的症结,最后从实际情况出发解决问题。 |
