改革开放40年中国城乡规划教育发展

[摘　要]改革开放40年来中国规划教育发展过程及经验是国内外规划教育界共同关注的问题。文章采用综合分析方法，总结中国规划教育40年发展演变路径，可以发现，伴随着城市规划实践由“物质形态规划—综合战略规划—资源管理型规划”的发展，规划教育也经历了“建筑基础—城市科学基础—多学科融合”的规划教育嬗变过程，40年规划教育发展高度契合国家发展战略要求，并具有鲜明的实践需求导向，现阶段国家空间规划体系重构将对未来规划教育发展产生重要影响。

Development of China’s Planning Education in the past Reform and Opening Forty Years/Huang Yaping, Lin Xiaoru
[Abstract] In the 40 years of China’s reform and opening-up, the development process and experience of China’s planning education is a common concern of the planning education circles at home and abroad. This paper adopts a comprehensive analysis method to summarize the development path of China’s planning education for 40 years. Along with the development of urban planning practice from physical form planning, comprehensive strategic planning, to resource management planning, planning education also experienced the evolution process of architectural foundation , urban science foundation and multidisciplinary foundation. The development of planning education  is highly compatible with the requirements of national development strategy, and it has a clear demand orientation for practice in the past 40 years. At this stage, the reconstruction of the national spatial planning system will have an important impact on the development of planning education in future.

2018年是中国改革开放40周年，中国已形成了世界上最大的规划教育规模，中国规划教育发展过程及经验是国内外规划教育界共同关注的问题。本文拟简要回顾40年来我国规划专业办学院校的增长过程，对现阶段我国规划教育的规模、层次结构及质量状况做一全景式概览；在此基础上，以改革开放40年国家发展过程、阶段性目标及战略为线索，总结与之相适应的城乡规划实践模式，探索各时期规划教育发展特点及总体发展演变的路径；最后，结合国家空间治理体系及空间规划体系改革，展望中国下一阶段规划教育改革趋势。
