基于模糊综合评价的创意阶层公共交往空间研究

[摘 要]在全球化背景下,创意产业方兴未艾,从事创意产业的创意阶层逐渐形成,对创意产生的重要来源之一 —公共交往空间形成了大量需求,总结创意阶层对公共交往空间的偏好和需求,能为创意经济区的公共空间规划设计提供参考。文章以北京中关村西区为调查对象,采取创意阶层主观感受的模糊综合评价法,基于个性化、多元化、便利性、领域感与开放性5个指标和16个评价因子建立创意阶层公共交往空间评价指标体系,并通过实地调研和问卷调查等方法,对创意阶层有偏好的三类公共交往空间—建筑出入口、步行街道与绿地广场空间分别进行调查统计。

调查发现,创意阶层对不同类型的空间需求度和满意度状况各有不同;使用者对中关村的公共交往空间总体评价为“较为满意”,且在各因子中对可达性的需求度最高。对此,在创意经济区的公共空间设计中,应区分不同形态的交往空间,并加强在便利性、多元化和个性化方面的设计。

A Fuzzy Evaluation Approach To The Study On Creative Class’s Public Communication Spaces/Xiang Lanlin, Sun Yuexin, Li Menglu
[Abstract] Under the background of globalization, the creative class engaged in the
creative industries gradually formed, producing a large number of demand to public communication space, which is one of the important sources of ideas, thus some specific requirements on planning and design of this kind of space have been put forward. The paper takes Zhongguancun west district as object of the investigation, using the subjective feeling of the creative class fuzzy evaluation method, then summarize preferences and needs of the creative class communication space, to provide a reference for creative economic zone of the public space planning and design. Paper based on 5 indicators (personalization, diversity, openness, convenience, and field feeling) and 16 evaluation factors to establish evaluation index system of the creative class public communication space, after field investigation and questionnaire survey, three kinds of communication spaces are hooked on the creative class: around building entrances, green squares, walking streets ,which were investigated and analyzed respectively. Survey found that the creative class have different spatial demands and satisfaction conditions. But on the whole, the highest demand is accessibility; the overall evaluation of the Zhongguancun public communication space is “satisfied”. In Conclusion, during the design of public space in creative economic zone, should decide according to communication space forms and focus on high concerned indicators.

  10年前,美国经济学家佛罗里达敏锐地捕捉到了以企业为中心的“组织化”制度的传统工业的式微,宣告了从事创新性工作的“创意阶层”的崛起及“创意时代”的来临。随着英国、澳大利亚等国创意产业的兴起和成功案例的不断涌现,创意产业日渐成为更多国家的产业发展方向和软实力的载体。面对以信息技术为代表的新科技革命和经济形态向信息化、知识经济转变的趋势,我国政府也将文化创意产业作为国民经济的重要组成部分和第三产业的支柱。党的“十八大”报告明确提出要大力发展文化创意产业、建设文化强国的战略决策,研究文化创意产业对促进城市产业升级转型、推进城市实现可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。而创意阶层是创意产业发展的主心骨,是城市与地区未来发展的决定性竞争力所在。创
