与城市发展相协调的综合保税区规划策略——以兰州新区综合保税区修建性详细规划为例

【摘　要】综合保税区是我国向自由贸易区发展道路上的重要举措和探索，在国际贸易、吸引外资投资和拉动地方经济发展方面发挥着重要作用。独特的功能与属性使综合保税区在空间布局上具有鲜明的特点，容易与其他城市空间存在反差。为协调综合保税区与其他城市空间的关系，兰州新区综合保税区修建性详细规划提出了综合保税区与城市空间发展相契合的规划策略，力争通过合理的规划，促进综合保税区与周边区域的一体化、协调发展。

Comprehensive Bonded Zone Planning Adapt To Urban Development: Site Plan Of Comprehensive Bonded Zone In Lanzhou New District/Gu Li
[Abstract] Comprehensive bonded zone is China’s important measure to develop the free trade zone, plays the important role on international trade, foreign investment attracting, and local economic development. There are the special features in comprehensive bonded zone’s spatial layout because of the special function and nature, also has the obvious difference to other spaces. In order to coordinate the relation between comprehensive bonded zone and other spaces, site plan of comprehensive bonded zone in Lanzhou New District put forward the zone planning should adapt to urban spatial development, advance the harmonious development and integration development with suitable planning.
