转型新时期上海中心城区社会空间结构与演化格局研究

【摘　要】文章选取我国的全球城市—上海作为研究案例，以其中心城区作为研究对象，基于小尺度全国第六次人口普查数据，通过主成分分析、聚类分析等探究上海新时期社会空间结构特征，并结合上海1982年、2000年的相关研究发现归纳其社会空间结构演变格局，并将研究发现与北京、广州等全球城市进行对比，探索全球城市历史演变的差异特征。结果显示，在最近十几年中上海中心城区社会空间结构主成分构成相对稳定，但外来人口、农业人口、知识分子及老年人口等影响因子均发生不同程度的变化；1982～2010年，中心城区社会空间结构异质性持续增强，不同社会群体的圈层分布和多核心分布发展显著；在与不同城市进行共时性对比中发现虽然其社会空间结构发展脉络基本相同，但是不同阶层人群在分布上存在差异。

A Study On The Structure Of Social Space And Evolvement Pattern Of Shanghai Downtown In Transitional Period/Tang Zilai, Chen Song, Wang Xin, Xiao Yang
[Abstract] The paper studies the downtown of a global city-Shanghai-on its social space character by principal component analysis and cluster analysis based on the sixth national population census data. It studies spatial difference among global cities by comparing Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing evolvement with studies in 1982 and 2000. The result shows that principal components of social space in Shanghai downtown are stable, whereas immigrants, rural population, and senior population changed in varied degrees. Heterogeneity of social space has increased continuously, and ring structure and multi-centered distribution of different social groups are getting distinct. Synchronicity comparison shows that although the structural development of different global cities is similar, there is a variance in the distribution of different social classes.

1社会空间结构与城市转型

      城市社会空间通常被认为是社会群体使用并感知的城市空间，是社会与空间辩证统一的产物，同时又是城市居民与城市空间连续相互作用的结果[1]。因此，对城市社会空间结构的研究一直是城市地理学和城市规划学研究的主要内容之一。
      西方国家对城市社会空间结构的研究开展较早，早在20世纪上半叶便产生了著名的城市空间结构三大古典模式，即Burgess的同心圆模式、Hoyt的扇形模式以及Harris和Ullman的多中心模式。此后三大经典模式理论被不断地验证和修正，在发达国家和发展中国家中不断涌现出各具特色的社会空间结构模式[2-4]。
