“互联网+”时代淘宝村的空间变迁与重构

【摘　要】在“互联网+”时代，电子商务作为网络化、虚拟的新型经济活动，深刻地改变了传统农村的生产和生活方式，塑造了极具中国特色的乡村电子商务产业与空间集聚的实体形态—淘宝村，并促成了农村空间及产业形态的重构，为“互联网+”时代下农村实现新型城镇化提供了一种可能的新路径。本文以广州市番禺区里仁洞村为例，探索在“互联网+”时代下我国村庄的空间变迁与重构的特征和动力机制。研究发现，里仁洞村经历了“工业化发展期—商业转型期—电商升级期”的空间变迁历程，其空间结构呈现出“核心—边缘”特征，且边缘区不断扩展。另外，原有单一、混乱的空间形态向更加多元化、集聚化、立体化的新垂直和水平空间发展。随着“互联网+”时代的来临，电子商务产业加速了空间重构的过程，自组织模式下的同乡社会网络成为空间变迁的触发器，以政府为主导的空间改造推动了村庄空间的良性发展和有机更新。这为我国村庄实现新型城镇化提供一定的借鉴和参考。

[Abstract] E-commerce has facilitated the birth of Taobao villages, and it greatly changed traditional rural production, lifestyle, and space of Taobao villages. E-commerce brings about a new way of countryside urbanization. The paper studies the mechanism of village space transition and restructuring in internet+ era with Lirendong village as an example. The paper concludes the phases of Lirendong village development: industrial development, business transition, and e-commerce upgrade. The spatial structure of the village shows “core-fringe” character as the fringe area keeps expanding, and the original single chaotic space is developing towards multiple, concentrated, and vertical spaces. E-commerce in general has accelerated the process of the spatial restructuring, self organized social network has become a catalyst of spatial transition, and government dominated spatial renovation has facilitated benign development and organic renovation of village space.

      互联网的快速发展正深刻改变着全球的经济发展方式及其依托的空间载体。与传统的道路等基础设施不同，随着互联网技术的发展和使用的普及，以互联网为基础设施，将生产商、商户、消费者等要素链接起来的互联网经济在世界范围内的地位日趋重要。国家层面高度重视互联网经济的发展，将其作为新常态下经济的新增长点。2015年3月，国家政府工作报告中首次提出“互联网+”行动计划；2015年7月，国务院印发《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》，“互联网+”时代已经来临。
