社会资本视角下的乡村规划与宜居建设

【摘　要】社会资本作为获取社会网络资源与凝聚社区效能的重要行动要素，对于我国乡村地区的发展与治理具有重要的作用。本文基于社会资本的视角，以广东省新兴县龙山塘村为实证案例，主要采用田野调查与深度访谈的研究方法，探讨了在广东省推动农村宜居建设实践中乡村社会资本的重塑、对于乡村规划与乡村宜居建设的经验及挑战，以期丰富我国的乡村社会资本理论与乡村规划建设实践。

[Abstract] As the important element which getting the social network resource and gathering the community efficiency, social capital is has the important function to the development and governance of China’s village. In the social capital view, the paper takes Longshantang village of Xinxing county, Guangdong province as an example, uses the fieldwork and depth interview, discuss the experience and challenge about the remodeling of social capital, rural planning, and livable building, offers some suggestion to China’s rural planning and building.

1社会资本的概念内涵及其在乡村规划建设中的意义

1.1 研究背景
改革开放以来，伴随着突飞猛进的城镇化进程及市场经济的发展，城市迅速成为国家工业化、人口集聚与财富积累的主体空间，农村地区呈加速边缘化趋势。特别是20世纪90年代中后期以来，快速城镇化也带来了普遍的乡村“空壳化”、乡村社会结构的瓦解及乡村地区的日益凋敝。近年来，试图破除城乡二元对立发展的城乡统筹、国家新型城镇化等宏观政策及愿景逐步浮出台面，以强调城乡的协调发展。
