西北中等城市城乡空间协调生长机制研究

【摘　要】目前我国已进入城镇化发展新阶段，中等城市的城乡空间发展对西北地区城镇体系的优化起着举足轻重的作用，而中心城区及周边是城乡空间发展矛盾最为突出的区域，也是协调作用发挥最明显的区域。文章总结西北中等城市城乡协调生长存在的问题，梳理现有的城乡协调生长理论，提出中心城区所在区域的生长模式，归纳协调生长因子，剖析各因子的作用机制，并以渭南为例，从中心城区、小城镇与新型农村社区等3个层面提出规划应对策略。

[Abstract] China has come to a new stage of urbanization. The spatial development of medium-level city is crucial to northwestern region urban system improvement. Central city is the most complex area of urban rural spatial contradictions. The paper concludes the problems of coordinate development of medium-level cities, reorganizes present theories, and concludes the growth factors and their mechanism. With Weinan city as an example, the paper proposes planning response from three levels: central district, small town, and new socialist countryside.

     《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》提出以人的城镇化为核心，强调小城镇及农村的就地城镇化，并把加快发展中小城市作为优化城镇规模结构的主攻方向。城乡空间作为城乡经济与社会结构的空间投影，其经济、社会结构的变化必然导致城乡空间结构转型，迫切需要加强城乡空间协调发展，使其与新型城镇化相适应。
