城市风景类风景名胜区用地分类调整探讨

【摘　要】基于城景互动的理念，文章对城市风景类风景名胜区进行了分类界定，提出了城市风景类风景名胜区的3种亚类：市区型、近郊型和远郊型风景名胜区。在此基础上，进一步阐述城市风景类风景名胜区在土地利用规划方面存在的问题与矛盾，并结合我国当前的城乡规划用地分类标准与全国分类标准，按照“多规合一”的发展要求，对城市风景类风景名胜区的用地分类提出调整与深化建议。

Land Categorization Of Landscape Resort/She Gaohong, Chang Jun
[Abstract] Based on city-scenery interaction theory, the paper divides landscape resorts into three kinds: urban, suburban, and countryside. The paper then discusses the problems of landscape resorts in land use planning, reviews the land categorization in urban rural planning and national land use planning, and proposes adjustment and improvement suggestions of land categorization for multi-plans integration.

      在我国的风景名胜区分类体系中，有一类特殊的风景名胜区，即城市风景类风景名胜区(以下简称“城市类风景名胜区”)。由于它们与城市关系密切，在发展中受到临近城市的影响较大。城市类风景名胜区在规划中面临着许多特殊的问题，本文试图从土地利用的角度来研究其在用地规划及用地分类中存在的问题与矛盾，提出城市类风景名胜区用地分类调整与细化的建议。
