城市人文主义价值观下的历史街区复兴策略—以汕头市小公园片区城市设计为例

【摘　要】城市的历史街区维系着城市的核心情感和价值，延续着城市的文脉，是城市文明的集中体现。汕头市小公园片区有着独特的城市空间格局、优秀的历史建筑和丰富的文化传统，然而，随着汕头市港口的衰落和城市新区的迅速开发等种种原因，如今的小公园片区正面临着历史建筑破败、环境质量下降、公共空间匮乏、文化和产业衰败以及居民大量迁出等诸多问题，因此对小公园片区进行复兴已刻不容缓。研究从城市人文主义价值观出发，从环境提升、公共空间重建、文化场所营造和产业复兴四个方面探讨小公园片区的复兴，以期提升片区的文化价值，改善片区环境，重塑人性化的生活空间，再现片区的繁荣与活力。

Historical District Renovation With Humanistic Values: Small Park District, Shantou City/Chen Keshi, Li Xuegang
[Abstract] The historical district continues urban context and embodies city culture. Small park district of Shantou city is a historical district with unique spatial layout, historical buildings, and rich culture. With the port decline and new district development, small park district experiences environmental decline, public space shortage, cultural decay, and population outflow. The paper studies the regeneration of the area from environment improvement, public space reconstruction, cultural place creation, and industrial regeneration, to resotore the vitality and prosperity of the district.

      城市起源于人与人的汇聚，城市的根本是人。《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》提出要注重人文城市的建设[1]。西方近现代人本主义规划大师霍华德、格迪斯和芒福德把城市规划与社会改革联系起来,把关心人和陶冶人作为城市规划的指导思想。曲凌雁认为“城市即人民”,并且认为当这样的观点渗入城市时,城市人文主义将得到完全意义的复兴与再生[2]。今天，以人为本和可持续发展的思想不断深入人心，城市的发展不再以单纯的经济增长为核心目标，而是更加注重人类自我价值的实现、注重传统文化的延续及注重城市的人文主义与文化内涵。城市有着固定的居民和独特的文化特征，尤其是城市中的历史街区，维系着城市的核心情感和价值，延续着城市的文脉，是城市文明的集中体现。因此，基于城市人文主义价值观的历史街区复兴显得尤为重要。
